What you can explore
Browse 68 active sale listings, 30 active rental listings and documented new construction projects. Our archive keeps listings that sources identify as sold or rented, plus properties no longer advertised. Counts reflect our current index, not the entire Monaco market.
Sources and updates
We index public listing information from Monaco Properties and Miells. Scheduled checks run hourly and process source pages in batches. Each property has its own permanent link, source agency, original listing link and checked date. Availability and asking prices can change between checks.
We mark a property sold or rented only when the source explicitly says so. A missing listing alone does not establish a completed transaction. Repeatedly unavailable listings are archived separately. Contact the original agency to confirm details or arrange a viewing.
How to read the figures
Rental asking prices are monthly. Price per square metre divides the asking price by the total advertised area, which can include terraces; it is rounded to the nearest euro. Undisclosed prices remain “on request”. District statistics come from the IMSEE Real Estate Observatory 2025. They describe recorded transactions and are separate from current asking prices.
Projects, photographs and videos
The construction directory covers publicly documented residential and mixed-use projects, including completed developments since 2020. Delivery dates are reported targets unless confirmed by the source. State housing follows official allocation procedures.
Property photographs remain hosted by the credited source and may include renderings or staging. Videos link to their original creators. Our family hero is an illustrative image, not a property listing. Inclusion does not imply an agency or publisher partnership.
Paid placements
Owners and agencies can submit a listing for €100, or request a prominent sponsored feature for €1,000 for seven days. Submissions are reviewed before publication. Sponsored placements are labelled; their seven-day period starts when the feature goes live.
